2. What we collect

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we process the data you provide: name, work email, company, subject, and message. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not stored on this website after delivery to us, and it is not used for marketing without your consent.

Usage data

We collect minimal, aggregate usage data (pages visited, approximate region, browser type) to operate and improve the website. This data is not used to profile individual visitors.

Service data

When you use the llmapi.eu inference platform, prompts and completions processed for your account are handled under the platform's data-processing terms — never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used to train models without explicit agreement.

3. Where your data is processed

All inference workloads are processed inside the European Union, in Latvia. No personal data is transferred outside the EU. Hosting, logging, and support infrastructure are located in the Union and subject to European law.

4. Legal basis

• Contract — processing necessary to deliver the services you signed up for.
• Legitimate interest — operating and securing the website and platform.
• Consent — any optional communication beyond responding to your inquiries.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@llmapi.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).

6. Retention

Contact inquiries are kept only as long as needed to resolve them. Account and service data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted or anonymized after termination, except where longer retention is required by law.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access restricted to personnel who need it to operate the service. Audit logs are timestamped and tamper-proof.
