Terms of Service.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the llmapi.eu platform and website, operated by AJELIX SIA (registration no. 40203482950), Peldu 7, Jelgava, LV-3002, Latvia. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

2. The service

llmapi.eu provides OpenAI-compatible LLM inference endpoints, agent sandboxing, and related tooling. Models are served from infrastructure located inside the European Union. Service features, models, and pricing are described on the corresponding pages of this website and may evolve over time.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the security of your API keys and account credentials.
• One legal entity or person per account; accounts are not transferable without written agreement.
• You must provide accurate billing and contact information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes, or in violation of the EU AI Act or applicable sanctions.
• Generate content that infringes intellectual property or personal rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the infrastructure, or resell capacity without agreement.
• Process data you have no right to process.

5. Pricing and billing

Usage-based pricing is listed per 1M tokens on the pricing page; sandbox compute is billed by the hour. Invoices are issued monthly or upon threshold, and payment is due within the stated term. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.

6. Data and compliance

Your prompts and outputs are processed inside the EU and are never sold or shared with third parties. The Privacy Policy describes data handling in detail and forms part of this agreement. Audit-ready logs are available for export.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Details of any service-level commitments are set in your service agreement.

8. Termination

You may terminate at any time and stop paying for usage. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy's retention terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia, unless mandatory EU consumer law provides otherwise.
